Our family is excited to welcome 2 new baby girls into the family. Our daughter gave birth to lovely twin sisters and we are so excited at the joy and laughter we know they will bring to the family. The hype now is decorating the nursery.

Here's a few pointers on what to consider when decorating a nursery:

• Hosting a baby shower with a theme color for presents is a good way to start off 
• Choose a theme color that works with the gender of your baby (if you know the sex)
• Leave room for growth
• Start picking up some memorabilia from when your baby is born and make room for it in their room.
• Do not use too much lighting
• Use the best quality bedding you can afford
• Find a centerpiece and have it hang right on top of the court bed.
• Create a safe environment for your new born bundle of joy.
• Have a work area for ironing, changing diapers etc.
